Lila Asnani is a certified Image Consultant, Color Analyst, and Personal Stylist based in Las Vegas, specializing in intentional, confidence-building image and wardrobe transformations for professional women and men.

Style, like life, is rarely a straight line—and Lila’s path reflects that belief. Her career has spanned medical genetics, nonprofit leadership, writing, motherhood, and fashion styling for Ann Taylor. What may have appeared as career pivots ultimately became the foundation for her highly personalized, analytical approach to image consulting.

Born in Kuching, Malaysia, Lila grew up immersed in her family’s business specializing in imported fabrics and fashion design. From an early age, she developed an appreciation for quality, craftsmanship, and the power of clothing to communicate identity—an influence that remained constant even as her career expanded into science and public service.

Lila later trained at the Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT) in New York, where she earned her certification in Image Consulting and refined her signature Style Meets Science methodology. This approach blends analytical precision with creative expression, helping clients dress with clarity, confidence, and ease. Style isn’t guessed—it’s decoded.

Today, Lila works with clients navigating growth, change, and reinvention, guiding them to align their outward image with who they are and where they’re going. She brings both structure and empathy to her work, informed by lived experience and professional rigor.

Lila also serves as Vice President of Membership for the Association of Image Consultants International (AICI) Canada Chapter, reflecting her leadership within the global image consulting industry and her commitment to professional excellence.
